What is Good-Night, Owl! about?
Owl is ready for a peaceful daytime nap, but the forest is far too noisy. Bees buzz, woodpeckers peck, doves coo and squirrels crunch as they go about their busy day. One by one, the sounds continue to disturb Owl’s sleep. At last, night arrives and the forest becomes quiet. But just when Owl can finally rest, a surprising new noise fills the tree hollow. With its repeated sounds, lively woodland animals and funny ending, this gentle story is perfect for sharing aloud.
