What is The paper bag princess about?
When a fierce dragon attacks the palace, he carries off Prince Ronald and burns everything in his path. Princess Elizabeth sets off to rescue him, but the only thing left for her to wear is a paper bag. Using her quick thinking, she outsmarts the dragon and frees the prince. However, Ronald is more worried about Elizabeth’s untidy appearance than her bravery. Elizabeth soon realises that being clever, courageous and independent matters far more than marrying a useless prince.
