Winnie and her cat Wilbur zoom off to the seaside for a fun-filled day. While Winnie delights in the sea, Wilbur, who despises water, stays on the shore. Amidst the excitement, Winnie's broomstick drifts out to sea. Her attempt to retrieve it with magic leads to unexpected adventures involving a surfer and a whale, leaving poor Wilbur in a splashy predicament.
