Billy is off to his best friend’s birthday party, and his Mini Monsters have sneaked along too. But the fun soon turns chaotic. Gloop gets mixed up with the jelly, Fang-Face heads straight for the cake and Trumpet is swept away by a balloon. Billy tries to rescue them all, but he cannot manage alone. With the party in a muddle and his monster friends scattered, Billy must think quickly and ask for help before the celebrations come to an unexpected end.
