What is The fastest tortoise in town about?

Barbara Hendricks is a tortoise with a very big challenge: she has entered a running race! Everyone expects her to be slow, but her best friend and owner, Lorraine, believes she can do it. With patient training and lots of encouragement, Barbara grows braver each day. When race day arrives, she must overcome her nerves and keep going, one step at a time. Can Barbara surprise the other runners and prove that determination, friendship and a little luck can make anything possible?
