What is Traction Man meets Turbodog about?

Traction Man and his brave, bedraggled pet, Scrubbing Brush, are inseparable—until Scrubbing Brush is thrown into the bin and replaced by the shiny, battery-powered Turbodog. Determined to rescue his old friend, Traction Man journeys through the Chasm of the Sofa and into the Dark and Terrible Underworld of the Bin.
