What is The lion and the mouse about?
When a mighty lion catches a tiny mouse, he decides to spare her life. The mouse promises that she will repay his kindness, although the lion can hardly believe such a small creature could ever help him. Later, the lion is trapped in a hunter’s net and roars for help. Hearing him, the brave mouse races to his rescue and gnaws through the ropes. This charming retelling of Aesop’s famous fable shows that even the smallest friend can make a big difference.
