What is Komi Can’t Communicate, Vol. 15 about?

Election season arrives at Itan High, and Kiyoko Isagi is determined to run for school president. There is just one problem: school rules require every candidate to choose a campaign representative, and the proud, reserved perfectionist has no one she trusts enough to ask. Komi and her friends step in with some unexpected ideas, leading to awkward conversations, surprising teamwork and plenty of comic complications. As the campaign gathers momentum, everyone discovers that even the most self-reliant person may need a little help.
