On the first day of spring, Little Snow Bear ventures out into the snowy world for the first time. Enthralled by the snow, he sneaks off to explore further, meeting a friendly seal who teaches him to swim. However, he soon finds himself lost in a deep, dark forest. With the help of a kind reindeer and a little girl, Little Snow Bear embarks on a journey to find his way back home to his mother's safe embrace.
