What is Little Princess I Want My Mum about?
The Little Princess has had a disastrous day. Her painting is ruined, she bangs her knee on the seesaw and there is a monster under her bed. At every turn, she cries, “I want my Mum!”, knowing that Mum will make everything better. The next day, she goes to play with the Little Duchess and has such a wonderful time that she forgets all about home. But while the Little Princess is enjoying herself, the Queen is the one who misses someone terribly.
