What is Finders Keepers about?
Hannah has always wanted a pet, but her parents think she is too young to look after one. Then, on a freezing winter journey, Hannah and her dad find a huge white rabbit, cold, wet and lost in the snow. They take him home and call him Thumper while they search for his owner. Hannah secretly hopes nobody comes forward, but caring for Thumper teaches her that loving an animal means thinking about what is best for it, not just what she wants.
