What is Where Teddy Bears Come From about?

Little Wolf cannot sleep, even after a bedtime story, a drink of milk and a cuddle from his mother. Convinced that a teddy bear is the answer, he sets off through the forest to discover where teddy bears come from. Along the way, he meets familiar fairy-tale characters, but none can help. At last, he finds a stranded old man in a red suit and offers assistance. In return, the mysterious stranger promises Little Wolf a wonderful surprise if he goes home to bed.
