Rachel and Kirsty, new friends on holiday, discover a pot at the end of a rainbow containing Ruby the Red Fairy. Ruby reveals that she and her six sisters, the Rainbow Fairies, have been banished from Fairyland by the wicked Jack Frost, causing the land to lose its colours. The girls embark on a magical adventure to find the missing fairies and restore colour to Fairyland before it's too late.
