Synopsis

Finn is dismayed when his marine biologist mum takes him and his brother Jesse to rainy Scotland for the summer to study whales. Longing for a sunny holiday, Finn's outlook changes when they meet Skye, a local girl with a secret lookout point. Together, they embark on an adventure, cleaning beaches and observing marine life. When they discover a beached minke whale entangled in plastic, the trio must act swiftly to save it, learning the importance of conservation and the impact of human actions on the environment.

Dougie also loves animals and writes exciting books for children, including ‘The Dinosaur That Pooped’ series, which he co-authored. He enjoys sharing fun stories that make children laugh and learn.
