What is Thomas and Friends: James And The Queen Of Sodor about?

James is thrilled to be tasked with collecting the 'Queen of Sodor.' However, his excitement turns to dismay when he discovers that the 'Queen' is actually a grimy old barge. Determined to keep his splendid red paintwork spotless, James faces a challenging journey to deliver the barge to the scrapyard without getting dirty. Will he succeed in maintaining his pristine appearance, or will the task prove too messy for the proud engine?

About the author

W. Awdry was a kind and imaginative author from England who loved telling stories about trains. He is best known for creating Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends in the much-loved Railway Series books. His charming tales have delighted children for generations, bringing the adventures of the Island of Sodor to life.
