Synopsis

Mildred Hubble, the clumsy yet determined witch, returns to Miss Cackle's Academy with hopes of becoming Head Girl. Despite her history of mishaps, she strives to prove herself. When her rival, Ethel Hallow, discovers that Mildred's beloved dog, Star, belongs to a travelling circus, Mildred faces the challenge of returning him.
