When her rival, Ethel Hallow, discovers that Mildred's beloved dog, Star, belongs to a travelling circus, Mildred faces the challenge of returning him. Realising the circus animals' unhappiness, she embarks on a mission to rescue them, showcasing the very qualities that might make her the perfect Head Girl.
