Mildred Hubble, the most accident-prone student at Miss Cackle's Academy for Witches, is determined to impress with her summer project—a spell to make animals talk. However, her arch-nemesis, Ethel Hallow, steals Mildred's idea and her enchanted tortoise, Einstein.
