What is Lucy's Blue Day about?

Lucy is a unique little girl whose hair magically changes colour to reflect her emotions. When she's happy, it's purple; when jealous, it turns green. One day, Lucy wakes up to find her hair has turned blue, and she doesn't understand why. Through her journey, she learns that it's perfectly normal to have 'blue days' and that it's okay not to be okay.
