Flowkwee, an alien from planet Faa, is sent to Earth disguised as a schoolboy named Nigel to study human behaviour. Through letters to his friend Rokbumme, he humorously recounts his experiences with Earth's peculiar customs, such as wearing 'clothes' and celebrating 'birthdays'. As he navigates school life, Nigel discovers both the absurdities and charms of human existence, all while an impending invasion looms in the background.
