Mr Chatterbox's endless talking is driving everyone to distraction. Meanwhile, Mr Quiet is losing sleep due to a noisy parrot outside his window. Little Miss Shy suggests moving the parrot to Mr Chatterbox's house, hoping they'll keep each other occupied. However, even the parrot finds Mr Chatterbox's chatter too much to handle!

His colourful characters, like Mr. Tickle and Little Miss Sunshine, have entertained children all over the world. Roger enjoyed making stories that were fun, easy to read, and full of imagination.
