What is Princess Primrose about?

Princess Primrose finds palace life dreadfully dull, as she's forbidden from climbing trees, digging in the garden, or splashing in fountains. Everyone insists on being 'properly proper,' leaving Primrose longing for fun. When her Grandmama visits, she encourages the royal household to embrace joy and playfulness, reminding them that a little fun is essential.
