Synopsis
Carlos and Billy, two close friends, eagerly anticipate their upcoming birthdays, each hoping for a new set of wheels. When Billy receives a shiny new bicycle, Carlos feels a pang of jealousy. However, his disappointment turns to joy when his big brother surprises him with a beautifully crafted go-cart. Together, they participate in the annual 'Non-Bicycle Race' in the local park, celebrating friendship and the joy of sharing.
