Synopsis

Alfie attends Nursery School next to the Big School, where older boys like Ian Barger seem so grown-up. Alfie wishes to befriend Ian, but Ian ignores the younger children. One day, at a plant pot sale, Alfie finds Ian distressed and calling for his mum. Alfie comforts Ian until his mother returns, realising that even big boys can feel small sometimes.
