What is Angel Mae about?
Christmas is coming, and Mae Morgan’s family is eagerly waiting for a new baby. Mae is not quite sure how she feels about becoming a big sister, but she is excited about her special part in the school nativity play. She will play the angel, although she calls herself the “Angel Gave-you”. When the big day arrives and her mum goes to have the baby, Mae must try to carry on with the performance. A warm, funny story about family, change and Christmas excitement.
