Synopsis

In ancient Gaul, the Romans exploit a traditional custom to challenge Chief Vitalstatistix to a duel against the pro-Roman Chief Cassius Ceramix. Meanwhile, a mishap leaves the village druid, Getafix, with amnesia, rendering him unable to brew the magic potion that grants the Gauls their superhuman strength. As the crucial fight approaches, Asterix and Obelix must find a way to restore Getafix's memory and ensure their village's survival.
