Oscar and his friends at the School of Greatly Gifted Youth (SOGGY) each possess unique talents—Oscar can hover three feet off the ground. However, the school's bully, Banger McGrath, lacks any special abilities. Complicating matters, Banger's father owns the school and threatens to shut it down unless his son discovers a talent. Oscar and his friends must work together to help Banger find his hidden gift and save their beloved school.
