What is Zed the Zebra about?
Lucy lives next to the zoo and each night listens to a bedtime story from her animal friends. One evening, she hears about Zed the Zebra, who boasts about being the fastest runner in Africa, thanks to his 'go-faster' stripes. To teach him a lesson, the other animals organise an obstacle race, showcasing their unique talents. Zed soon realises that everyone has their own special abilities, and being the fastest isn't everything.

An Vrombaut is a talented author and illustrator from Belgium who creates fun and colourful books for children. She is best known for writing and illustrating the picture book 'Clarabella's Teeth' and for creating the popular TV series '64 Zoo Lane'. An loves telling stories about animals and making children smile through her work.
