What is The Puppy Present about?

Ginger is a lively puppy and the perfect Christmas present for his new owner. At first, everyone is delighted, but looking after a puppy is harder than expected. There are early-morning walks, muddy paws and messes to clean up, and Ginger’s owner soon begins to lose patience. Meanwhile, James feels pushed aside by the arrival of a new baby in his family. When both boy and puppy take drastic action, their paths cross in an unexpected search for love, care and belonging.
