What is Rascal about?

Rascal is a tiny Jack Russell terrier with a huge talent for getting into trouble. When Lizzie and Charles take him in as their latest foster puppy, they soon discover that his lively antics are harder to manage than expected. Rascal races, chews and causes chaos wherever he goes, but beneath the mischief is a loving dog who needs the right home.
