In 1940, twins Harry and Rosie are evacuated from London to the stormy Lancashire coast, where they stay with their secretive great-uncle. Missing their parents, they join a local dance show and dream of performing at Blackpool Winter Gardens. Then Harry spots mysterious lights flashing from the mudflats. As the twins investigate, they uncover a dangerous secret and realise enemy spies may be closer than they imagined. Can they solve the mystery, protect their new friends and save the show?
