Max and his friends decide to paint their house to match the sky. Little Pink chooses the rosy colours of dawn, Big Blue prefers the bright blue of daytime, and Max wants the sunny yellow of the sun. As the sky changes, so does their painting, and soon the friends are covered in splashes of colour. Then a sudden shower washes everything away. When a brilliant rainbow appears, they discover a beautiful way to combine all their ideas.

Ken Wilson-Max is a talented author and illustrator from Zimbabwe, now living in London. He is best known for his colourful and lively picture books, such as 'Astro Girl' and the 'Lenny' series. Ken loves sharing stories that celebrate families, friendship, and imagination, and his books are enjoyed by children all around the world.
