What is Bedknobs and broomsticks about?
Carey, Charles and Paul are sent to stay in the countryside with their aunt, where they meet Miss Eglantine Price, an unusual neighbour with a secret. She is learning to become a witch and casts a spell on a brass bedknob to persuade the children to keep quiet. When they twist it, their bed can carry them anywhere—even into the past. Soon the children and Miss Price are swept into a series of magical journeys, unexpected dangers and extraordinary adventures.
