What is Albie and the big race about?

Albie sees the world rather differently from everyone else. While the grown-ups notice an ordinary afternoon, Albie spots penguins riding on a hostess trolley, zebras hiding inside a grandfather clock and an elephant balancing on a unicycle. Then he discovers the Annual Smokin' Wheels Speed Convention, where the strangest racers are ready to zoom, wobble and whizz towards the finish line. Can Albie join the big race and keep up with the fantastical creatures that only he seems able to see?
