What is The flower about?

Brigg lives in a dull, grey city where everything feels lifeless. One day, he discovers a mysterious book marked ‘Do Not Read’. Inside are pictures of colourful flowers—plants he has never seen. Soon afterwards, Brigg finds a packet of seeds and decides to plant them. As something wonderful begins to grow, a small act of curiosity brings colour and hope to his world.
