What is Stone Soup about?
The Big Bad Wolf spots Mother Hen hanging out the washing and decides she will make a tasty meal. But Mother Hen is far too clever to be caught. She persuades him to help prepare her special stone soup, claiming that each job will make it taste better. Soon the hungry wolf is chopping wood, cleaning the chimney, sweeping the house and fixing the television aerial. When the soup is finally ready, Mother Hen has outwitted him completely — and all he gets is a stone!
