Synopsis
Nigel loves playing tricks on his parents by pretending not to hear them. When asked to get his hat, he paints the cat instead; told to wash the dishes, he washes the fishes. But when a peculiar little man from Nightland, who also mishears everything, grants Nigel's wish for a golden rose and gives him a golden nose, Nigel learns a valuable lesson about listening and the consequences of his antics.
