What is Tanka tanka skunk! about?
Tanka the elephant and his friend Skunk love making music together. When their names are said aloud, they sound like the beat of drums: Tanka Tanka Skunk! As the rhythm grows, a lively parade of animals joins in, from big cats to enormous whales. Bouncy words, playful sounds and repeating patterns invite children to clap, chant and join the fun. This energetic picture book introduces rhyme, rhythm and animal names through a joyful read-aloud experience.
