A young girl and her grandpa install a nest box high in an old oak tree, hoping to attract a barn owl. They wait patiently through the seasons, learning about these elusive birds. One spring evening, as the sky turns pink, a pale face peeks out of the box, and a majestic barn owl takes flight, bringing their hopes to life.
