Miles is a very difficult dog who doesn't like walks, other dogs, or the rain. However, he loves car rides. When neighbour Mr. Huddy builds Miles his own car, Miles learns to drive, taking his friend Norman on secret adventures to the seaside and countryside. These journeys transform Miles into a happier, more contented dog.
