What is The Party Club about?

Rosie adores birthday parties, from balloons to goody bags. When her classmates decide they're too old for such celebrations, preferring the cinema or bowling, Rosie forms the Party Club to rekindle their love for parties. However, convincing everyone proves more challenging than she anticipated, especially when even her parents seem indifferent to birthday festivities.
