Synopsis

Judy's classmates laugh when she insists guinea pigs are intelligent. Determined to prove them wrong, she names her newborn guinea pig 'Jenius' and trains him to perform impressive tricks. About the author

Dick King-Smith was a much-loved British author who wrote over 100 books for children, often about animals and farms. His most famous story is 'The Sheep-Pig', which inspired the popular film 'Babe'. Dick loved spending time with animals and used his real-life experiences to create his wonderful, imaginative stories.
