What is Treason about?
Will Montague is a page to Prince Edward, son of King Henry VIII, and his position at court brings both privilege and danger. When Will’s father is accused of treason and imprisoned in Newgate, Will escapes into the streets of London. There he meets Nick Drew, a poor boy who helps him survive. Hunted by powerful enemies, the two friends face arrest, betrayal and deadly danger as they risk everything to prove Will’s father’s innocence and set him free.
