Synopsis
In the tumultuous era of the Third Crusade, two boys from opposing worlds are drawn into the heart of conflict. Adam, an English dog-boy, joins the Crusaders to reclaim Jerusalem, driven by a vow to save his mother's soul. Salim, a merchant's son from Acre, becomes an apprentice to a travelling doctor to escape the impending invasion. Their paths converge amidst the chaos of war, challenging their beliefs and forging an unexpected bond.
