During a live television broadcast, April O’Neil suddenly disappears, leaving the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles worried and determined to find her. Their search leads them into the city’s dark underground tunnels, where a mysterious villain called the Rat King is waiting. With his strange power over rats, he soon puts Splinter under his control. Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael must work together with Irma to rescue April, free Splinter and stop the Rat King before his dangerous plan succeeds.
