What is My Friend Walter about?
When Bess visits the Bloody Tower in London, she meets the ghost of Sir Walter Raleigh, her famous ancestor. Soon, Walter follows her home to the family farm, where his mischievous behaviour causes chaos. But when Bess’s family faces serious financial trouble and may lose their home, Walter decides to help. Keeping a four-hundred-year-old ghost secret is difficult enough, but Bess must also deal with stolen horses, fishing rods, cigars and a daring plan involving the Crown Jewels.
