What is The Garbage King about?

After his mother dies, Mamo is abandoned in the crowded shanties of Addis Ababa. His life becomes even more dangerous when a child-trafficker sells him to a cruel farmer. Mamo escapes and returns to the city, where he meets Dani, a wealthy boy running from his violent father. Together, they join a group of homeless children who survive through courage, loyalty and friendship. As danger closes in, Mamo and Dani must find the strength to protect one another and earn a safer future.
