Synopsis

In 1945 Poland, 13-year-old Felix emerges from two years in hiding to find his protector, Gabriek, missing. Venturing into the perilous world outside, Felix joins a group of partisans resisting the Nazis. Amidst the chaos of war's end, he befriends Yuli and takes on the responsibility of caring for orphaned children.
